Christmas Gospel for the Homeless

“But when the fullness of the time came, God sent forth His Son, born of a woman, born under the Law, so that He might redeem those who were under the Law, that we might receive the adoption as sons. Because you are sons, God has sent forth the Spirit of His Son into our hearts, crying, “Abba! Father!” (Galatians 4:4-7)

The Son of God became a son of man so that the sons of men might become sons of God. “God is love, and the one who abides in love abides in God, and God abides in him… We love, because He first loved us.” (1 John 4:16, 19)

Praise the Lord for a successful Gospel Outreach on Christmas morning. Thank you for praying. We had the joy of sharing Jesus with many people, both verbally and distributing Gospel of Johns and gospel tracts. I thank the Lord for answering our prayers to raise up many workers for His harvest. Lots of families came together with their children. My friend Jerry is a culinary services manager and he brought a hot breakfast for our homeless friends. I think we gave away about 50 lunch bags as well, along with hats, gloves, socks, etc.

I had the pleasure of sharing Jesus with Jesse, John, Frank, Sheeda, Cain and others. A few of them were given MP3 players with the audio Bible and sermons on them, which they joyfully received. Please pray for these folks, that the Lord would use His Word to convict and comfort them, directing them to faith in Christ for salvation.

By the way, my son Stephen and I went to Planned Parenthood today to share Jesus with folks and I was able to have a very fruitful conversation with Jeffrey. He gladly received a few gospel tracts and a gospel of John. Please pray for him as well. Thank you.
